1. User Eligibility
Dawn Orbit is intended for general entertainment use and may be used by players consistent with the applicable App Store age rating and local laws.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the Game and managing any in-app purchases through Apple's parental controls, Screen Time, Family Sharing, purchase approval settings, or other device-level restrictions.
2. No Account Registration
The Game does not require users to create an account.
You are not required to provide a username, password, email address, phone number, date of birth, or other personal registration information to use the Game.
Because the Game does not create user accounts, we do not maintain user account profiles or account passwords.
3. License and Restrictions
3.1 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where permitted by applicable law;
Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, unauthorized scripts, or other methods to manipulate the Game;
Use the Game to engage in fraud, harassment, abuse, scams, unlawful activity, or other harmful conduct;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, servers, networks, or integrity of the Game;
Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of the Company, other users, or third parties.
3.3 Service Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game from time to time for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
4. Intellectual Property Statement
4.1 Ownership
All software, graphics, artwork, audio, video, text, characters, designs, logos, and other content in the Game are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 Restrictions on Use
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Game content without our prior written permission.
4.3 Feedback and Support Materials
The Game does not currently provide public posting, chat, forum, profile upload, or other user-generated content features.
If you voluntarily send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, or support materials, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content only for the purpose of responding to your request, providing support, operating, maintaining, improving, or troubleshooting the Game.
This license is not irrevocable with respect to personal information. If your submitted content contains personal information and you request deletion, we will handle your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
For clarity, any content submitted by or on behalf of a minor will not be treated as an irrevocable content license.
5. User Conduct Guidelines
You agree to use the Game lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful purposes;
Attempt to attack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Game, its servers, or related systems;
Use unauthorized software, cheats, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate the Game;
Violate the rights of the Company, other users, or third parties;
Circumvent security, payment, purchase, or access-control mechanisms.
We may take appropriate measures if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, including restricting access to the Game, suspending certain features, or taking other actions permitted by law.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, virtual items, or other digital content.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
6.2 Virtual Items
Virtual items are licensed for in-game entertainment use only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Game unless expressly permitted by us.
6.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store rules and applicable law.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Game does not require account registration and does not collect personal information, device identifiers, IP addresses, location information, usage behavior, or sensitive information from users.
If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may use the information you provide only as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Minors and Parental Controls
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors.
Because the Game does not require account registration and does not collect user personal data, we do not maintain a user database of minors.
Parents and guardians may use Apple's parental controls, Screen Time, Family Sharing, purchase approval settings, and device-level restrictions to manage a minor's access to the Game and in-app purchases.

9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Game.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Termination of Service
We may suspend or restrict access to the Game if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, used cheats or exploits, engaged in unlawful conduct, or harmed the Game, other users, or our services.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the violation.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
13. Other Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Game and supersede all prior oral or written agreements relating to the same subject matter.
If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
